Summer
Mix in a blender a big cup full of rasberrys,strawberrys,blue-
berrys,orange juce freshly squeezed, blend for 5 mins pour into a glass half way, now add ice to it the other haf way, now dribble as mutch champagne as possible into it (basically do champagne till its full) and now last but not least(you got to drink it lol) put sugar aroud the mouth of the glass and now you can enjoy and drink it!:)hope i have helped :) :) :)

It's called a Mojito royal:
Its lime juice sugar ( use a recipe for standart mojito) I use splenda. But instead of club soda you used champagne or a nice sparkling wine

Laura, my guess would be that instead of topping the classic rum mojito with club soda, they used champagne? Try that, which does sound great... Might have to try it myself!

I had a champagne mojito the other night, it had fresh mint leaves and lime and lemon wedges with champagne over ice in tall glass, my question is what else might they have put in there. It was delicious and I want to reproduce it for Christmas.

simple champagne coctail:-
place a cube of sugar into a champagne glass add twoo drops of angostura bitters a tablespoon of cognac then fill with champagne
