Although some I agreed with, there were some that were omitted that should have ranked higher than some of what was mentioned. Where was Valhrona or De Brand.

Did you taste Vakko Chocolate from Turkey?? The world’s first fashion house to produce it’s own chocolate. Today, Vakko Chocolate line offers customers 14 lines of different luxurious chocolate to cater to all occasions. Whether you are looking for that perfect gift or just a guilty pleasure there is no alternative to Vakko Chocolate:)

A chocolate I highly recommend is Bernachon from Lyon, France. Fortnums also do great chocolate (own brand bars and ganache, as well as stocking many from the list), L' Artisan du Chocolat are also very good (Chelsea, London). Pierre Marcolini is a far superior Belgian Chocolate compared to Leonidas particularly (also Neuhaus). I second the comment Re. 25/50 from the US. Don't bother with Hotel Chocolate.

Can't belive Cadbury is on this list! That's the most discusting choclate I've ever eaten ... However I'm disapointed that I can't find Hotel Chocolate (England) that's real chocolate!

Your top 50 is stupid... 25/50 are from US and everybody knows that the best chocolate comes from Europe. And Cadbury is amongst the best chocolates??? You gotta to be kidding me... I just wasted 5 min of my life reading this post. :(
