Go Boheme Traditionelle and taste old style Czech classics. Or try the Continentale menu, European cuisine prepared according to the fresh produce of the day. Or the Boheme Bourgeoise menu, Czech-inspired fusion food. The braisé du jour, a 24-hour-roasted veal cheek with polenta, fresh peas and carrots, and a périgourdine sauce is wonderful, as is the smoked beef tongue with chickpea mash, roasted onions, fresh marjoram, and pickled forest mushrooms. Service is exceptional. Wines are expertly chosen by knowledgeable sommeliers.

PÁLFFY PALÁCE Continental
Tucked away in Malá Strana, Palffy Palace Restaurant is one of Prague's best kept secrets. Through the mighty timber doors and up the large stone staircase leads to a beautiful candlelit restaurant, with soft classical music filling the area. Tables are wonderfully dressed with candelabras, fresh cut flowers, and fine bohemian crystal. In the summer months, the restaurant extends onto a large terrace. Excellent European cuisine with a nice selection of wines, impeccably served. A truly palatial experience.
