Expect to be awed by the architecture at Orangerie, but the cuisine is what makes a lasting impression here. Start with the warm Smoked and Marinated Scottish Salmon tartar, or Fillets of Perch. Then indulge yourself with Veal Cordon-Bleu, or the sliced Chicken Breast in red curry sauce with banana and Siamese rice. Romantic and casual, the gourmet cuisine is the star at Sein. The creatively excellent kitchen was awarded 16 points Gault Millau and Chef of the Year 1994. Exquisite menu features such highlights as Quail Risotto with sundried tomatoes and marinated duck liver, Roasted South African Shrimps over boiled celery and dried apricot, thinly sliced raw Sturgeon on mashed potatoes with caviar and sour cream sauce, or Turkey Breast on Topinambour with truffle ragout. Inventive vegetarian dishes. Wide selection of fine wines from all over the world.

The Swiss Chuchi is famous for traditional Swiss classics such as Fondue and Raclette in many different variations, along with other dishes from various Swiss cantons. The Cheese Fondue is a local favorite here. Specialties include sliced Calf's Liver with herbs, or sliced Veal with mushroom sauce, both served with Rösti. Most of the Wines are Swiss. Located in the heart of the Old Town, perfect for people watching.
