Markedly Folle Blanche, floral, touch of geranium, candied orange and broom. Very fruity, angelica and raisin, perfectly balanced, round. Good character rarely found in a cognac of this age.

Share the pleasure of refreshment with this cognac blend of delicate and subtle aromas. Notes of vanilla, vineyard's flower, rose, pear, jasmine, narcissus. This cognac was created to be savored along with tonic water, fruit juice or simply on the rocks.

Honeyed, caramel-like, oily bouquet. At palate entry, tastes of dates, roasted almond, walnut paste and baked pear delight; the midpalate highlights the cheese-like and bacony rancio. The aftertaste blankets the tongue in sumptuous coats of oil, rancio and maple sugar.

This Cognac is aged in extremely old casks, so very little tannin is extracted. Not the usual tannin and wood typically found in a traditional Cognac, so this Coeur de Fins Bois region allows us to discover the authentic, fresh perfumes from the grapes, the vines, and the white flower flavours. Unusual, but exciting!
